- This hat is crafted from 100% Australian wool, a completely natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre.

- This hat is accredited with a UPF Rating 50+ (Australian Tested).
- Please note, due to the light color and nature of the wool dyeing process, some flecking or marks may be present in wool.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Black Book's orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
We offer Free Express Shipping to the European Union for all orders.
For international orders outside the European Union, we offer Free Express Shipping for all orders above 300 euros.
* Shipments of hats are not free. We charge 15 Euros to anywhere within Europe including the UK, 55 Euros to the US and Canada and 84 Euros to the rest of the world.
All our items ship from our flagship store in Barcelona, Spain.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship with UPS, DHL and Zeleris. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Nevertheless, it can also be delivered with premium shipping in 2-3 business days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Please count 1 to 3 business days to dispatch the order.
Black Book Fashion is not liable on any customs clearance costs or import duties outside the European Union (including the UK) and cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

ORDER TRACKING
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all your order details.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 business days and it is when you will be notified that your shipment is on its way.
We will keep you updated with tracking information and you can also follow its journey by checking on the website of the courier company.
If your order contains several items, please bare in mind that they might arrive in separate packages. Nevertheless, if that's the case, we will notify you beforehand.
