EXCHANGES
Would you like to exchange the item for another one or exchange the size or colour?

Exchanges are free of charge if you are in Spain (Spanish Peninsula). You have 30 days starting from the day the package arrives in your country. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to email us at customerservice@blackbookfashion.com and tell us your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to replace it for. 

We will contact you to arrange the pick up. If on the agreed day for collection, the package is not delivered, you will be responsible for delivering the package to us and incurring the costs.
Garments must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. It is important that in the package you include the packing list we sent you.
If the new item you wish to receive has a higher cost than the exchanged one, we will send you a link where you can make the payment. On the contrary, if the cost is lower, we will refund you the difference. 

Once the package arrives at our showroom, we will check that the item is in perfect conditions and we will send the new item to the address specified in the original order as quickly as possible.
If there is the need to exchange the item a second time, there will be a cost incurred of 8 Euros and 15 Euros for hats.

If you are outside of Spain (Peninsula):
If you wish to exchange an item, you need to email us at customerservice@blackbookfashion.com and tell us your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to replace it for. 

Once the exchange has been confirmed, you can send back the items with a tracking number to our showroom in Barcelona, Spain. The shipping address is:

In this case, it is the customer who incurres the shipping costs.

If you are outside the European Union, please bear in mind that all import duties for the return will be borne by the customer.
RETURNS
You have 30 days starting from the day the package arrives in your country to request a return. You will need to email us at customerservice@blackbookfashion.com and tell us your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
*Orders placed before November 24th 2021 will follow the previous returns policy which is returns are available in the form of exchanges or store credit but no refunds.

If you are in Spain (Spanish Peninsula):
 
  • Option 1: We send you a courier to pick up the package from your home, your work or wherever you prefer (always within the Peninsula). The cost is € 6, which we will deduct from the total amount of the purchase when we make the refund.
If on the agreed day for collection, the package is not delivered, you will be responsible for delivering the package to us and incurring the costs.

  • Option 2: You courier the package to us using your preferred courier company to the address below.

The only option available is option 2.

Once the package arrives at our showroom, we will check that the item is in perfect conditions. If it is, you can choose whether you would like store credit with no expiry date or a refund. In the case of a refund, it will be processed in 2 to 3 business days from receiving your returned order. Please note that the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
