SHIPPING TIMES

We ship with UPS, DHL and Zeleris. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Nevertheless, it can also be delivered with premium shipping in 2-3 business days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Please count 1 to 3 business days to dispatch the order.

Black Book Fashion is not liable on any customs clearance costs or import duties outside the European Union (including the UK) and cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all your order details.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 business days and it is when you will be notified that your shipment is on its way.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and you can also follow its journey by checking on the website of the courier company.

If your order contains several items, please bare in mind that they might arrive in separate packages. Nevertheless, if that's the case, we will notify you beforehand.
