We want you to be 100% satisfied with our items. If something is not quite right, please read below to ensure that your items(s) meet our return conditions before submitting your return.

Fill in the returns form on our returns portal with your order number and phone/email, indicating which items you wish to return.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your approved return RA# to Black Book The Label HQ:

Once we receive your return request, you will be notified of your store credit, exchange or refund.



We accept returns that fulfill the following conditions:

30 days from the date of purchase.
You will have 30 days from the purchase date to return any items you no longer desire. This means that we must receive the item 30 days from the date that you purchased the item to be eligible for a refund.

30-45 days from the date of purchase.
Any item that we receive after this time is no longer eligible for a refund, but you will be eligible for store credit. Any items received 45 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for store credit nor a refund.

After this period, returns are no longer possible.

  • Garments must be unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
  • If the item you wish to exchange has a higher price that the exchanged one, we will send you a link where you can make payment. On the contrary, if the cost is lower, we will refund you the difference.
  • Once we receive a refund request, it will be processed in 2-3 business days.
  • If you request a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Items that have been purchased from a sale or from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
  • Once the exchange or return has been confirmed, you can send the items at your own expense with your preferred courier to our showroom in Barcelona. The Shipping address is: Black Book Fashion S.L, Calle Mayor 23, Sitges 08870 Barcelona, Spain.
  • The customer incurs the shipping cost for the return shipment.
  • Any import duties, taxes and customs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Do not send the package via normal post as the package will be sent to the post office and we will not be able to collect it. Please use a registered and trackable postal service.

All returned items are inspected by our team to ensure they have been returned in good order. Should any items not be in a sellable condition, they will be rejected and sent back to you.
