We offer refunds on items within 14 days of delivery, we do not do exchanges.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with swing tags attached including the hygiene seal.
Products that have been used will not be able to be exchanged or refunded.
All return payments will be made to the original payment method that the purchase was made with.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are incurred by the customer, except in the case of faulty goods.
What if my Item is faulty?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the faulty item so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
How do I return an item for a refund?
You will need email us at email@example.com and provide the email address with which you bought the item and the order number. If you are unsure about the item number, you can find it on your order and shipping confirmation email. If you are still unsure, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discount and promotion items
Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for refund.
Ensure that the protective strip is in place and items are returned in their original condition.
