If things are not quite right, you have 14 days to return your order to us. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. Prior to requesting a return request, please ensure your item is eligible for a return. Black Book The Label reserves the right to deny a return request if it fails to meet our return policy requirements in keeping with Fair Trading practices. 

*Extended returns period for the Holiday Season until the 15th of January 2024 - All orders placed from Tuesday 21st of November until December 31st can be returned until the 15th of January (being the last day we can receive returns).

Black Book The Label does not cover shipping costs back to our warehouse in Barcelona.

STEP ONE
Check that the conditions are met for your return.

STEP TWO
Fill in the returns form on our returns portal with your order number and phone/email, indicating which items you wish to return.

STEP THREE
Ship the item back including your approved return RA# to our warehouse:

STEP FOUR
Once we receive your return request, you will be notified of your store credit or refund.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns that fulfill the following conditions:

14 days from receiving the item(s)
You will have 14 days starting on the day that you receive the item(s) to request a return and ship the item back. This means that we must receive the item within the 14 day period to be eligible for a return.

15-30 days from receiving the item(s)
Any request that we receive after the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund, but you will be eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card. Any requests received 30 days after you have received the items will not be eligible for store credit nor a refund.   

  • All items excluding "final sale" items are eligible for a refund or store credit. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus the original shipping costs.
  • All "Final Sale" items are final sale and are not eligible for a return unless they are faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, a refund will be offered.  
  • All items purchased with Gift Cards or Store Credit are not eligible for a return. 
  • Once we receive a refund request, it will be processed in 2-3 business days.
  • When the return has been confirmed, you can send the items at your own expense with your preferred courier to our warehouse in Barcelona: Black Book The Label, Calle Mayor 23, Sitges, Barcelona 08870, Spain. 
  • The customer incurs the shipping cost for the return shipment.
  • Any import duties, taxes and customs from the original order are responsibility of the customer and must be paid in advance by the customer. Any import duties, taxes and customs are non-refundable.
  • Please use a registered and trackable courier service to avoid delays and/or prevent lost packages. Black Book The Label cannot be responsible for loss if a package is not received. 
  • Do not use normal postal services to send your goods as we will not be able to collect it from the post office. All return packages must be sent directly to our warehouse in Barcelona. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. 

All returned items are inspected by our team to ensure they have been returned in good order. Should any items not be in a sellable condition, they will be rejected and sent back to you. 

Abuse of returns policy: 

In order to protect legitimate returns, the environment and the integrity of our garments, Black Book The Label reserves the right to limit returns in instances of abuse of our returns policy. These may or may not include instances of wardrobing, 'snap and send back', multiple and/or excessive returns and abuse of our financing facilities.
