* Shipments of hats are not free. We charge 15 Euros to anywhere within Europe including the UK, 55 Euros to the US and Canada and 84 Euros to the rest of the world.
All our items ship from our flagship store in Barcelona, Spain.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship with UPS, DHL and GLS. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Nevertheless, it can also be delivered with premium shipping in 2-3 business days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Please count 1 to 3 business days to dispatch the order.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all your order details.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 business days and it is when you will be notified that your shipment is on its way.

If something is not quite right, you can send us back your order within 14 days of purchase. Please read our returns policy to ensure that your item(s) meet our conditions before submitting your return.
*Extended returns period for the Holiday Season until the 15th of January 2024 - All orders placed from Tuesday 21st of November until December 31st can be returned until the 15th of January (being the last day we can receive returns).
